TSG Invest is a private-markets investment platform where investors commit capital to fund offerings through a multi-role approval chain - Investor, Advisor, and Fund Manager - before capital is allocated. I designed the Document Management system (a reusable template engine for legal e-signature documents) and the end-to-end Indicate Interest flow connecting all roles. I then led the platform's full rebrand from TSG Invest to TerminaONE, migrating the entire visual system - color, components, and navigation - from gold-and-navy to violet-and-ink, without changing any underlying interaction pattern.
The core problem was that legal documents differ by account type — Individual, Joint, IRA, LLC, Trust, Corporation — but the underlying fields (name, signature, W-9 data) are largely the same. Rebuilding a template for every account type was slow and error-prone, so the studio was designed around upload once, place fields once, assign to any account type at publish time.
The investor-facing side needed to turn a multi-week, multi-party legal process into a flow an investor could complete in minutes, while still giving advisors and fund managers the checkpoints their compliance role requires. I mapped the full lifecycle as a single progress thread that every role sees a version of.
